                                                                                   Study Tours to Poland

Study Tours to Poland (STP) is a program that brings students and professionals from countries of Eastern Europe to Poland. The visits allow the participants to become acquainted with Poland and exchange experiences concerning democratic and free-market transformations, building a country based on the rule of law, and strengthening local communities and civic initiatives.

Study Tours to Poland was launched in 2004 and is part of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation’s “Region in Transition – RITA” Program, conducted since 2000 by the Education for Democracy Foundation. The Jan Nowak-Jeziorański College of Eastern Europe from Wrocław has been the STP coordinator since 2007. 

Study Tours to Poland provides an opportunity for students from Belarus, Ukraine, and the Russian Federation to become acquainted with Polish students, academic communities, and civic organizations as well as to participate in lectures, seminars and cultural events. 

Angelus Silesius House has been an STP operator since 2004.
